REDDEN James Stanley VX41694 D Coy [F Force]

James REDDEN was born in St Kilda on 18 November 1915.

James lived in Malvern and was working as a Foreman at a Racing Stable when he enlisted.

He joined the Battalion on 27 November 1940 from the 2/14 Training Battalion.

James embarked for Singapore with the rest of the Battalion on 30.7.41.

He was wounded on 12.2.42 - shrapnel wound right shoulder

POW Changi Adam Park Work Party and F Force.

James died a prisoner of war on 29 September 1943 in Burma.
